By submitting an enrollment application to GS Trainings, you represent that all information supplied is truthful and accurate. Seat confirmation is contingent on tuition settlement or approved installment arrangement prior to cohort commencement.

2. 7-Day Satisfaction & Refund Guarantee

We stand behind our curriculum. If you attend the initial week of classes and feel the program does not meet your professional standards, you may request a 100% full refund before the start of the second academic week.

3. Academic Integrity & Code of Conduct

Students must maintain professional conduct in all live classrooms, campus labs, and digital channels (Discord/Slack). Harassment, abusive language, or unauthorized redistribution of proprietary curriculum materials will result in immediate termination without refund.

4. Intellectual Property & Commercial Work

All curriculum lectures, slide decks, proprietary indicators, and coding repositories provided by GS Trainings are copyrighted. You retain 100% full ownership over the original projects, websites, designs, and trading plans that you create during your studies.

5. Financial & Trading Risk Disclaimer

Trading financial instruments (Forex, Crypto, Equities, Derivatives) carries inherent risk. GS Trainings provides purely educational analysis, technical instruction, and risk management frameworks. We do not operate as registered investment advisors or guarantee speculative returns.
