Policies – GS Trainings

GS Trainings welcomes every student who joins our learning programs. We create these Terms and Conditions to maintain a safe, respectful, and productive learning environment. Every student must read these rules carefully because joining any course means you agree to follow all policies. These guidelines help us provide a smooth learning experience and protect the rights of all students, teachers, and staff.

Admission Policy

Admission at GS Trainings depends on seat availability, course schedules, and teacher availability. The institute may stop or close admission at any time without advance notice. During registration, students must provide complete and correct information. If any information is found false, the institute has the right to cancel the admission. Registration charges may differ from course to course, depending on the type and duration. Students who register successfully may also attend seminars, workshops, and special sessions offered by the institute. These events may have a small additional cost set by GS Trainings.

General Campus Rules

Students must follow discipline while they are on campus. We expect respectful and responsible behavior toward teachers, staff, and fellow students. Every student must take care of classrooms, labs, equipment, and all other facilities provided by the institute. Any damage or misuse of property can result in immediate penalties. Students should come to the campus only at their scheduled class time. Staying on campus before or after class hours is not allowed unless the administration approves it. GS Trainings is not responsible for any personal belongings lost on campus, so students should keep their valuables safe. All vehicles must be parked in the designated parking area, and students park their vehicles at their own risk.

Attendance and Certification

Attendance plays an important role in learning and certification. Attendance is marked during the first few minutes of class, and students must join on time. Late arrivals may not be counted. To receive a certificate, students must complete the required attendance, submit their assignments, complete their projects, and pass their assessments. Certificates are only issued during the official distribution period announced by the institute. After that period ends, GS Trainings will not be responsible for lost or damaged certificates. The institute does not allow proxy attendance, and any student caught marking attendance dishonestly will face strict action. Duplicate certificates may include an extra administrative charge.

Course Freeze, Shift, or Swap

Students may request to freeze, shift, or change their course within a limited time after the classes begin. This facility is provided only under official procedure, and students must follow all required steps in the administration office. Course freeze or shift remains valid only for a specific time period. After that duration ends, GS Trainings will not accept any request for changes. When a student returns after freezing a course, they must follow the rules and schedule of the new batch they join. All payments made before the freeze or swap are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Refund and Withdrawal Policy

GS Trainings does not offer refunds for any reason, including withdrawal, non-attendance, personal issues, or incomplete course participation. Students who leave the course early will not receive any compensation. The administration has full authority to make the final decision in all financial and policy matters. Students are responsible for understanding all rules before registering for a course. By joining, the student accepts that payments are non-refundable.

Student Code of Conduct

GS Trainings expects every student to help maintain a respectful and positive atmosphere. Misbehavior, rude attitude, harassment, or any action that disturbs others will not be allowed. The institute does not tolerate bullying, aggressive behavior, stalking, or any physical or emotional harm. Students must behave professionally inside and outside the classroom. Any act that threatens another person’s safety or comfort will lead to disciplinary action, which may include warnings, suspension, or complete removal from the course.
The institute expects students to use all facilities carefully. Theft, damage, or unauthorized use of GS Trainings property is considered a serious offense. Students are strictly prohibited from bringing harmful objects, dangerous tools, or illegal substances to the campus. Alcohol, drugs, or intoxicants are not allowed under any condition.
Providing false documents, fake identification, or incorrect information to the administration is a violation of institute rules. Students must follow the instructions given by staff or teachers. Creating false emergency reports, using someone else’s ID, or helping unauthorized individuals enter the premises is also prohibited.

Technology and Online Conduct

Students must use technology and digital resources responsibly. Unauthorized access to computers, online platforms, accounts, or digital tools is not allowed. Students should not share passwords or access someone else’s files without permission. Using technology to harass, threaten, or disturb someone is a serious violation of policy. Recording classes without permission is not allowed. Sharing class links, recordings, or login details with outsiders is also strictly prohibited. Any misuse of laptops, software, internet access, or digital classrooms may result in disciplinary action.

Legal and Disciplinary Regulations

Any student who commits an act that breaks the law, whether on campus or outside, may face strict action from GS Trainings. The institute can take disciplinary action even if a legal case is still under process. For serious violations, GS Trainings can report the matter to relevant authorities or law enforcement. The institute reserves the right to deny entry, restrict access, or cancel the enrollment of any student whose behavior threatens the safety or discipline of the institution.

Learning Environment and Class Behavior

Students are expected to participate actively in class and maintain a positive attitude. Mobile phones must remain silent to avoid disturbance. Cheating in exams, quizzes, or assignments is not allowed. Any disrespect toward instructors or any action that disrupts the learning environment will not be accepted. Students must follow the academic guidelines and respect the teaching process.

Online Class Rules

For online programs, students must join the class on time and maintain proper conduct. They must keep a respectful environment during live sessions and avoid unnecessary noise. Sharing links, passwords, or recordings with outsiders is strictly prohibited. Any misuse of online tools, including chat, video, or screen-sharing features, will be considered a violation of the policy.
